At Khirazani Essentials, we value our customers and strive to provide the best products and service possible. However, please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been completed.

Important Details:

• No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at khirazani@gmail.com. We will review your issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or other resolution.
• Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 8 hours after placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• Customer Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure.
